The project’s external lighting contributes significantly to the villa’s uniqueness. The installation of diverse types of flora and fauna at various heights on the area, both horizontally and vertically, is another characteristic that enhances the design.

The zoning of these spaces allows for an experience for the guests as well as the inhabitants to enjoy every element in the space inclusive and not limited to the cinema and gaming room. A unique feature of the villa is showcased at its beautiful interior courtyard placed at the heart of semi-private zones to allow for a serene breakout space.
