When we began the HBL Bank Limited project in Dubai, the client came to us with a clear vision they wanted a flagship branch that projected modernity, transparency, and confidence while harmonizing with the premium retail and commercial environment around it. From the start, our design conversations centered on balance: how to create a façade that stood out enough to catch attention, but not so much that it overpowered the brands it sat alongside.

The design process was highly collaborative. The client’s team was deeply involved in refining the spatial planning, ensuring that every square meter was optimized for both customer-facing services and discreet back-office operations. They wanted the banking hall to feel open and approachable, so we introduced generous glazing to invite natural light and establish a visual connection between the interior and the street. This not only supported the bank’s brand values of openness and trust but also created a welcoming, contemporary presence.
