Emirates National School

Fujairah, UAE

When we began designing Emirates National School in Fujairah, the client’s vision was clear they wanted a campus that would feel vibrant and inspiring while staying rooted in cultural identity. From our very first workshop, we worked hand in hand with the school leadership, listening to how they envisioned daily life for their students and staff. They wanted spaces that felt open and bright, with an architecture that would encourage curiosity, creativity, and community.

The bold pink façade elements were born from that dialogue. They inject energy into the design, while the warm sandy tones reflect the surrounding landscape and climate. Palm-lined walkways and generous outdoor spaces were intentional choices, creating a welcoming arrival experience and areas for interaction beyond the classroom. Every decision from the placement of windows for natural light, to shaded walkways that protect from the summer sun was shaped through collaborative sessions with the client, ensuring the final design wasn’t just aesthetically striking, but also deeply functional for the needs of a modern learning environment.
This project became more than just a building; it’s a place designed to inspire the next generation, built from a shared vision between architect and client, and tailored to serve the community for years to come.
