Conceived as a sculptural landmark, the tower rises 52 stories above the city, offering sweeping views of the Tigris River and Baghdad’s historic skyline. Designed with a bold architectural language rooted in local identity, the project integrates advanced sustainability strategies with culturally resonant design. A parametric façade, inspired by traditional mashrabiya screens, provides solar shading while defining the tower’s signature aesthetic. At the podium, vertical gardens and a multi-tiered infinity pool dissolve the boundary between architecture and landscape — creating a serene yet iconic urban destination.
Inside, the hotel offers a seamless fusion of refinement and innovation. The central atrium lobby, bathed in natural light, serves as the social core of the building, a space where guests gather, linger, and connect. Interiors are thoughtfully composed using locally sourced stone, handcrafted finishes, and custom lighting installations.
