When we began designing the client came to us with a vision that was clear yet open to exploration a home that felt contemporary, resilient, and intimately tied to the urban rhythm of Dubai. They wanted sophistication without unnecessary ornamentation, privacy without feeling closed in, and a form that would stand distinct in a neighborhood of strong architectural personalities.

From the first sketches, we worked closely with the client to balance proportion and practicality. The corner curves and vertical fins were born from discussions about softening the facade while maintaining a modernist edge. They loved the idea of movement in architecture how light, shadow, and even passing days could subtly transform a space. This led to the deep-set windows, shaded with dynamic louvered screens, which offer both protection from the sun and a shifting play of light inside. The material palette was another deeply collaborative decision. We leaned into a crisp monochrome base, adding warmth through metal accents and texture through vertical detailing. The client’s input here was crucial they wanted a finish that would age gracefully, maintaining its elegance over decades.
