When we first met the client, their brief was both simple and ambitious: create a home that feels like a sanctuary, yet makes a statement the moment you arrive. They wanted clean, modern lines, abundant natural light, and a design that could balance openness with privacy a place that felt equally suited for quiet family evenings and elegant entertaining. From our earliest sketches, collaboration was at the heart of the process. We spent hours with the client exploring materials, walking them through virtual renders, and even visiting quarries together to select the exact stone that now defines the façade. Every detail from the way the vertical fins frame the upper floor to the positioning of the large glazing that blurs the line between indoors and out was shaped by those conversations.

The landscaping was designed as an extension of the architecture, wrapping the home in greenery and creating a sense of retreat from the city. Even the driveway and entrance sequence were intentionally composed to build anticipation before revealing the home’s full geometry. The result is more than just a villa it’s the embodiment of a shared vision. The Halcyon is a reflection of the client’s lifestyle and our belief that architecture should be as personal as it is beautiful: a home that stands confidently in its modernity, yet feels timeless in its welcome.
