This villa design is a perfect example of a minimalistic gem. It holds properties of pure geometry, clean and straight components, repetition to provide a sense of order and unity paired with a simple open space and clean lines throughout the design. A neutral pallet is maintained through the design with natural stone cladding, wood finishes and travertine incorporated into the façade design.

A unique feature of the design is showcased in an indoor courtyard to which all the spaces in the villa are faced towards. Ample of natural light is allowed in the structure in regard to beautiful long-standing windows that are at a multiple. Close attention is paid to lighting, both artificial and natural. We have taken advantage of every space in the villa to make a play with light and shadow.
