The villa is designed in leu of the interior of the house being incorporated to connect with the exterior landscaping while the vertical facade follows the same concept by its unique terrace plants through the periphery. Fully equipped with breakout spots on site, the design is built to allow its inhabitants to have an experience of open and relaxing living from the comfort of their own home.

The villa was designed with a simple, continuous exterior material that expresses the physical quality of the material and texture while providing visual appeal and clarity. A neutral pallet is maintained through the design with natural stone cladding, wood finishes and travertine incorporated into the façade design. In accordance to the client’s requirements, each bedroom is positioned to face the beautiful pool at its periphery.
